Observation

Licensor observed a doll house on top of a toy kitchen that was observed to have chipped paint and chipping around the entire house. Licensor observed a large dark blue bin that was observed to have intrumental toys that was broken on the side creating sharp and pinching hazards. Licensor observed a freezer in dining room accessible to children and with no lock. Licensor observed water temperature hotter than 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
